Social Media Officer
Job description and responsibilities:
-Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies;
-Creates content ideation and implementation schedules;
-Ensures consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various projects;
-Collects customer data and analysis interactions and visits, and uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns;
-Reports progress to the management;
-Grows and expands organization social media presence into new social media platforms, and increases presence on existing platforms;
-Researches and monitors activity of competitors;
-Creates and distributes engaging written and/or graphic content in the form of e-newletters, web page content, and social media messages/posts.

Qualifications and needed skills:
-Degree in Communications or Marketing;
-Two years of experience with Social Media Management;
Proven experience in:
-Marketing;
-Social Media Platform;
-Content Creation;
-Copywriting;
-Graphic Design;
-Web Design and Strategy;
-Data Collection and Analysis;
-Technology Skills;
-Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills;
-Attention to Details;
-Self-Motivated;
-Creative Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution ----Skills
