Customer Service Representative
Main Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
Providing information about eSIM products and services
Maintaining professional and polite communication with clients
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Good knowledge of English (additional languages are an advantage)
Ability to work in a team and take responsibility
Basic computer skills
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
