Good morning, I'm Daniele, an Italian employee working for a state-owned company. I'll be coming to Pristina for three months, or even four more years if I'm confirmed. Initially, I'll be in Pristina from March 1st to June 7th, and then in September if I'm confirmed.
I'm looking for a furnished apartment to rent with a valid contract. The price must include everything, including bills and utilities (electricity, water, heating, etc.).
I need at least three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. I'm looking for two bathrooms, a washing machine (preferably a dryer), and a fully equipped kitchen.
I'm looking primarily in the LAKRISHTË and QYTEZA PEJTON neighborhoods. I can also consider the lower parts of QENDRA, ENVER MALOKU, and BREGU I DIELLIT.
