OPEN CALL FOR BIDDERS
From: NGO Action for Nonviolence and Peacebuilding (ANP)
Subject: Bids for a new car
The NGO Action for Nonviolence and Peacebuilding (ANP) invites interested and eligible bidders to submit offers for the supply of a new vehicle that meets the following specifications:
- Type of vehicle: (e.g. SUV, or mini-SUV, minibus or multivan or related)
- Disel fuel or Benzin,
- minimum 120 HP
- Active security: ABS, ESP
- Passive security: airbags, air curtains
- Number of seats: 5 or 5+2
- Other required elements: air conditioning, central lock, electrics on front and back windows, tempomat, controls on steering wheel
- Additional equipment connected with a more pleasant driver’s experience is welcomed.
Timeframe
Interested bidders can apply no later than 23rd of August 2025, by 17:00h.
The selected bidder, as well as all other bidders, will be informed of the decision of the NGO Action for Nonviolence and Peacebuilding after 26th of August 2025.
Submitting the offer
Offer should have financial offer based on the specifications.
Each submitted offer must include:
- Detailed technical specifications of the proposed vehicle
- Financial offer clearly stating the final price, excluding VAT
- The date of delivery
- Estimated delivery date
- Place of delivery
- Warranty terms and coverage details.
Bidders may submit multiple vehicle options, provided each option is clearly presented and meets the minimum requirements.
